Introduction to Polarity Yoga

This form of yoga involves easy-to-do postures that can be modified to the individual’s comfort level. Open House at Solstice Healing Arts Center                              Wednesday, December 17th from 7-10pm                                                     There will be opportunities to meet some of the practitioners and even sample some workshops, classes and energy work! Most of the readers and practitioners will be offering their services for only $1 per minute.

Reiki Share is a fun event at the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Milford, MA. It usually takes place on the 1st Friday night every month from 7-9pm. The cost is only $5.                                                                                                 This Reiki Share is for women only.
