1. Energy System Maintenance
Through awareness and alignment of the energy system, a state of feeling one's best is naturally achieved. This part of the session will include an exploration of the various components of the energy system.
2. Wellness goalsWhether you know what your goals are for feeling better on all levels or if you are just getting started on your wellness journey, a simple list can be made to keep yourself on track and focused. This list of goals can change from session to session, or be the same depending on where you are. The list includes: Nutrition coaching
Exploring food choices based on traditional Western concepts and practices, as well as on the long-practiced science of Ayurveda. These are specifically tailored to your goals and needs to enhance your health.
During each session you will be guided on how to make the list and what can be done to put it into action in everyday life.
3. Polarity Yoga
Involves simple, fun and easy-to-do postures that can be done at any fitness level. A few postures will be practiced at the end of the session so that you can use them every day to stay balanced. These postures only take a few minutes a day! Here are some of the benefits: *Stress relief: A feeling of being refreshed and peaceful through deep breathing, relaxation and meditation. This has been proven to decrease the level of stress hormones in the blood. *Improved circulation: Polarity Yoga can also enhance the circulation of blood and body fluids to obtain optimal functioning of the immune system so that the body can better heal itself. *Simple breathing techniques bring increased energy.
