My professional life began when I earned my bachelor’s degree in biology in 1993. After working as a pharmacy technician and in the foodservice industry, I earned a post-baccalaureate certificate in Clinical Chemistry in 1996 and worked in that field for six years. 

I started polarity school in the winter of 2002 and graduated with a certificate in advanced polarity in early 2004. Shortly thereafter I started my business in Northboro, Massachusetts. In the summer of 2004 I earned a certificate in Swedish Massage, and in the fall of that year I took a course in Pregnancy Massage.

In early 2005 I moved to the offices at Clear SelfCare in Milford, Massachusetts. I wanted to better reflect the healing work I provide for spirit, mind and body, so I recently changed the name of my business from Renewal Within to Triad Healing.

Starting In August 2008: Triad Healing will be at Solstice Healing Arts Center in Medway. This is a beautiful new facility for practicing and learning about the healing arts.

I have developed a method called Triad Wellness(SM) Counseling which is based on several different sources of research and education. I also have experience in workshop presentation, having given talks on polarity therapy and polarity yoga at healing retreats and at Clear SelfCare.  

For the past several years I have continuously discovered that I am meant to help others. It has been my privilege to witness the transformations of those who are directly involved in their own processes of healing and wellness.
